Important Booking Information

Please check the key reservation details before confirming your Mongolia tour.

After we receive your inquiry, we will confirm your preferred travel dates and the number of travelers, then provide you with a detailed quotation.

Once you decide to proceed with the tour, please send us the full names of all participants. We will then issue a Tour Reservation Confirmation.

The standard reservation deposit is USD 70 per person.
During the current promotional period, the reservation deposit is reduced to USD 40 per person.

The reservation deposit is part of the total tour price and will be deducted from the final balance.

To confirm your reservation, please transfer the deposit to the bank account below. The deposit amount will be converted based on Hana Bank's exchange rate (cash buying rate) on the day of payment.

Once the deposit has been received, your reservation will be officially confirmed.

The remaining balance can be paid in US Dollars (USD) cash to the Sky Tours Mongolia manager upon your arrival in Mongolia.

※ Cancellation fees apply to the reservation deposit only.

31–21 days before departure: 40% cancellation fee on the reservation deposit.
20–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee on the reservation deposit.
Within 14 days of departure: The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

One airport pickup and one airport drop-off are included in your tour package.

Please send us your flight information in advance, and our team will arrange a safe airport pickup and drop-off service according to your arrival and departure times.

Please note that if you request an airport pickup one day or more before the tour begins, or an airport drop-off one day or more after the tour ends, an additional private transfer will be required. In such cases, an extra transportation fee may apply.

The additional transfer fee depends on your schedule and destination. Please contact us in advance when making your reservation for an exact quotation.

Example transfer rates:
